In early October, CNBC came to campus to profile Fisher's MBA Face-Off team; GE CEO Jeff Immelt and GE Capital CEO Michael Neal joined Fisher Dean Christine A. Poon to open the National Center for the Middle Market; business leaders from across the nation, policy makers, media, and Fisher faculty and students convened for the 2011 National Middle Market Summit; and Procter & Gamble CEO Bob McDonald visited a classroom to talk to students and answer questions about his business experience and the importance of leadership. Each day brings something new and exciting at Fisher. To learn more, visit http://fisher.osu.edu.

On December 5, 2016, the Max M. Fisher College of Business community recognized 100 years of excellence in business education at The Ohio State University at its Centennial Celebration. The college brought to campus Dr. Fareed Zakaria, journalist and global thinker, to deliver the keynote. The event also honored Leslie H. Wexner (BSBA ’59), as he was presented with the college’s Centennial Award of Distinction. The celebration culminated with a Q&A featuring Dr. Zakaria and Mr. Wexner in which they explored global business, innovation and principled leadership.
